Das Hotel und die Lage (eigener Hotelstrand) waren super. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf Saranda. Das Hotelpersonal war super nett und sehr zu vorkommend (besonders Aziz). Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden dieses Hotel nochmal buchen.

We had an amazing stay here with our family, including our young child. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home from the first day.
The beach is literally just a few steps from the room, very clean, and perfect for families. Our room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the sea view was stunning. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine from the balcony was unforgettable.
The restaurant serves delicious fresh fish and other great dishes at very reasonable prices.
We truly loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

Beach access with umbrellas and chairs was great! Good breakfast selection overall.
We rented a 2bed 2 bath apartment. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a functional shower, the other didn’t have a toilet seat.
The kitchen didn’t include any cookware beyond 2 pots. No frying pan, mixing/salad bowls, utensils to cook with. We got watered down dish detergent and a dirty sponge for cleaning dishes.
The TV turned on by itself and changed channels on its own - sometimes minute by minute.
We asked about these things and excuses were made. Nothing was addressed.
The apartment is tired. The patio furniture cushions are ripped and broken. The sofa is stained. There are pipes and wires sticking out in every room.
