The resort was aesthetically very pleasing, and well maintained. It was very nice to have luxurious amenities within the resort such as the bar, the beach front and pool.
The room we stayed at had an amazing sea view, which made sitting down on the balcony a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
Room was a little smaller than expected.

The hotel was not a 5 star resort at all
No facilities , no activities for the kids and no intertainment at night soi you must go out every night
The breakfast was nothing near a 5 star hotel it was more like 3 stars minus also every morning the same exact thing ( it was very very disappointing) for eight days i aet the same egg and bread 😪
The beach was not very clean and not what you excpect from a 5 stars resort

The staff were polite and friendly.
The breakfast.
The facilities were not open, or even presentable, despite booking.com saying they were.
Loud music was played from 8am and building works on the hotel began earlier. No peace and quiet, very loud hotel despite the low number of guests.
The rooms were very small and basic.
Not a 5 star for sure, more of a 3 star charging higher prices. It does not look like the pictures.
Shunted between the hotel and booking.com for a resolve, still did not get one as they just palm you off on each other.
