The view and the location
The loud noise coming from the nightclub on the first floor might be annoying for some people. There are no facilities other than the beach in front of the hotel — no spa and no swimming pool — which makes the room quite expensive for what it offers.

To leave earlier.
Unfortunately we needed to leave earlier due to various problems:
When going to the private beach you realize that the first row of sunbeds is reserved for a local family and you have to take the sunbed the staff will advise you.
When going to the beach restaurant the staff is very untrained and it takes more than half an hour to get a beer.
Furthermore a television was missing, the door handle from the balcony felt off and was glued (don’t think that works) in after 2 days.
When we wanted to leave 1 day prior to the booking date the price went up 30%, but we were not told the reason.
The breakfast was below average as you have to ask 2-3 times at the bar in order to get your coffee.
They claim to offer a room service and a bar but room service was not available and bar was for coffee and water only.
