Great staff especially Amanda. Excellent location overlooking beach with a huge balcony. Spacious and clean.

Breakfast was average. Poor coffee.

Location….we walked from the ferry terminal with our luggage and was also central for bars and restaurants. Although on the busy promenade we could not hear anything from our rooms.

There was nothing to dislike.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff at the reception were also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They greeted us warmly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely be happy to come back!

The only small issue was the curtain, which let in quite a lot of sunlight in the morning.

Hotel Vale is a true gem - without a doubt, the most beautiful hotel on the promenade in Sarandë. ✨ From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the elegance and attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and impeccably clean, with modern bathrooms and an impressive collection of contemporary art throughout the hotel. Every element feels carefully considered, creating a sophisticated yet wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. After hours of driving from Tirana, on our very first visit to Albania, we received the warmest possible welcome, greeting us with refreshments and delicious ice cream, a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel at home. What truly sets Hotel Vale apart, is its extraordinary hospitality. The owner, Adil, generously organized a complimentary boat trip for hotel guests, taking us to spectacular swimming spots that are impossible to appreciate fully from land. It was one of the highlights of our stay. And the thoughtful touches never stopped. Returning from the beach, we were welcomed with freshly cut fruit or a perfectly chilled glass of white wine. Nothing felt forced or formal, every gesture came with genuine warmth, kindness, and an incredible attention to the guest experience. A very special thank you to Adil, the owner; Redi, the manager, always ready with an excellent recommendation for how to spend the day; Dina, our wonderful receptionist with the most beautiful smile; sweet Elio; and, above all, Uron, whose charm and charisma truly light up every space. He made our breakfasts an absolute pleasure, with the best cappuccino in the morning and the most delicious desserts in the afternoon.
