The room was modern and very clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful, they recommended excellent places to eat and the breakfast was idillic over looking the marina and it was a beautiful and plentiful breakfast with excellent coffee.
The location is perfect 1 street back from the promenade very central, walking distance to the port which was so handy. Also we were very impressed they looked after one of our bags for 3 days which meant we were able to hire a motorbike and explore the absolutely stunning mountains of Gjirokaster and Permet. 100% book this place it was fabulous

Clean room in a central location. Check in staff were lovely and available.
The location was central, which was good but was noisy at night due to the music from bars nearby.
Parking was on the side of the road not a car park.

Great location and breakfast at their restaurant across the street was very good.
-No blanket (we asked for one and were offered an extra sheet)
-Refrigerator is room temp
-no hot water at night for a shower. It was not even warm
-Not sound proof as stated in booking.com
-no covering on bathroom window so very hot when sun is beating in
-partitions between balconies offer no privacy
Minor but considering the price of 160euro/night:
-no water glasses
-no toilet paper holder. Had to keep on top of trash can
-no shelf/ledge in shower to place razor, etc

This female staff at the breakfast table was a bit rude, asked for my omlette to be taken back to be cooked weldone and she complained. They didnt even have much vegeterian option which meant all i had was the omlette and she still moaned, not happy at all. Reception staff were helpful and great though
The room was quite small to be honest.
