الموقع وموظف الاستقبال لا اعرف اسمه ولد شباب يلبس نظارات خلوق جدا وخدوم جدا .. يوجد شطاف في الحمام وهذي ميزه لهم

El hotel es nuevo y está muy bien situado muy cerca del paseo marítimo de Sarande, sin estar en el bullicio del mismo. Tener parking justo en frente está muy bien dada la escasez de aparcamiento en la zona

Het hotel springt er in de hele straat echt uit als mooiste gebouw van buitenkant en binnenkant. De luxe en rust in het hotel is te voelen en zien.
Bij aankomst hadden ze ons een andere kamer gegeven dan die wij eigenlijk hadden geboekt. Hoewel dit niet persé een slechtere kamer was wilden wij toch graag gewoon de kamer zoals wij die geboekt hadden. Ik heb best wat moeite moeten doen om dit op te lossen. uiteindelijk hebben wij 2 nachten na aankomst de kamer kregen die wij geboekt hadden. Er werd verder geen compensatie aangeboden.
