Stanza bella e comoda.
Bellissima location per la colazione.
Ottimo avere il parcheggio seppur piccolo è fondamentale a saranda
Purtroppo la nostra stanza vicino alla reception aveva il balcone verso uno spazio verde pieno di immondizie. Il frigo era rotto

Buen precio.
Tiene unas buenas vistas desde la terraza, se ve el mar y los atardeceres desde ahí son una maravilla.
La cama es muy grande y muy cómoda, y el aire acondicionado funciona genial.
Los empleados en general son amables y se muestran con disposición para solucionar cualquier problema que surja.
El desayuno es correcto, sin más. Por el precio está bien y la terraza es muy agradable.
En general pensamos que hay mucho descuido de las instalaciones y poca formalidad.
El estado del baño es pésimo… la ducha tiene moho y no traga nada bien, cuando llegamos no había papel higiénico y el suelo está lleno de unas manchas que se irían rascando.
La tarjeta se nos desactivó cada día, con la correspondiente molestia.
La luz del ascensor no funcionaba y uno de los días se quedó parado con nosotros dentro. No volvimos a usarlo.
El último día, una hora antes del de check out el gerente intentó abrir la puerta sin llamar ‘para comprobar si estaba libre' con los nuevos clientes al lado…
No nos parece que todo esto sea propio de un hotel de 4 estrellas… en todo caso de 2.
