Good Location, friendly staff, but most western guests move around the hotel in bikinis & shorts

The staff is very helpful. The spa is very affordable due to the discounts offered.

the mattress wasn't very comfortable. The AC made a lot of noise, starting & stopping to maintain the set temperature

I will not go back again!

the only thing i liked about this resort is that it has a private beach and the pool area looks nice too.

The tv in my room went on and turned back off by itself twice when I tried to sleep. and early in the morning before sunrise I woke up and tried to turn on the lights, but it didn’t work. So the next morning I told one of the staff about this when he asked me in the elevator how my stay was. when I told him this he asked for my room number and said he will make a note. so I went to my room to take a nap, shortly after someone knocked on my door, it was the same male staff and he asked me if he could check the tv. so i let him in and instead of checking the tv he started a conversation with me. asking where I’m from and what I do. So i got very uncomfortable and told him I’m trying to take a nap. but he didn’t take the hint and told me that it’s fine and i can have a seat on the bed and make myself comfortable and continued talking about himself and asking more questions. so then I told him i want to sleep and there is no need to check the tv and i want him to leave. this was super uncomfortable and I felt scared since I was there alone as well. I wont go there ever again.

Bad experience I will never recommend

I liked the location one of the best, staff are very good

Everything else is poor starting from the bed the mattress was so bad we couldn't sleep at all, bad smell , AC is not calling , cleaning part is so bad , food is medium , I opened the drawers and cabinet I really shocked how dirty it is, my last visit was before 12 years when my daughter borned at that time everything was perfect after sometime they closed for maintenance and as I remember it was published in the news that that paid almost 70 million for renovations so when I visited last time it was so bad I hope u can change because u r in Sharjah which means u should best of the best

Although it is aging, a great stay in a great location by the beach with stunning mountain views.

The hotel is very well positioned on the beach with stunning views across the bay and the mountains. The rooms were dated however very clean suited my purpose to attend a triathlon event. I will come back with my family next year.

Hotel is getting quite dated in terms of decore and styling. The price is slightly higher than I would normally pay for an aging hotel such as this but the location, staff and cleanliness made up for this.

Great location, friendly staff, and stunning sunrise view

We had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a great location which makes it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. The highlight of our stay was definitely the sunrise view. It was absolutely breathtaking and made my stay that much more memorable. I highly recommend waking up early to catch the sunrise from the comfort of your own room. The breakfast provided at the hotel was ok, many options and sufficient to start the day. However, what really stood out to me was the kids pool. My son and wife enjoyed it.

The room was well-designed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, the pillows in the room was a bit too firm for my liking. The wifi in the room was quite slow,. we had a portable wifi so it's not an issue for us.

Perfect location to explore the area and/or to relax on the beach

Perfect place to stay to relax and to explore the area. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Pool is a great size for a training swim or leisure. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.

it will be lovely if the noise of construction is over

it’s located on the seashore, in a nice bay, in a quiet town (not full of international tourists). the new corniche is being finished. nice restaurants, some in walking distance, some reached by taxi…

the big construction on the site next to the hotel. it was noisy. you cannot ignore the level of noise laying on the beach. it will take at least 1-2 year to finish the huge hotel. some hotel guests come on the HB/FB package

A lovely stay

The staff were so kind and accommodating to my needs! Every single person went above and beyond to make us comfortable. What a great team! I loved the beach, it was so clean and beautiful! The playground and swimming pool was kid friendly. There is also a play area/day care for children! It is a family friendly hotel. The beds are wonderful! The room was spacious and sunny with two big beds. The breakfast was good and the room service was great. The food portion sizes were huge! Also, there wasn't any alcohol served on the premises, which made me feel very comfortable due to my religious beliefs, but also because I was travelling alone with my babies.

The hotel is old, so the pipes occasionally splattered and gave me rusty water. There was construction on the mountain side and it really disrupted the view. There is also a large petroleum drill on the other side that hinders the view too. If those two (the construction and drill) weren't there, it would look like heaven on earth.

Great location just minutes from Khorfakkan old town and right on the beach (private beach of hotel). Big pool and chairs for lounging, with swim up cafe. Staff are excellent, very hard working producing great service. Walking distance to waterfall and minutes drive to several nice hiking trails. Hotel rooms not the cleanest ever, hotel is showing wear and bathroom needs a revamp. But a nice base for the east coast and the hotel has a relaxing scruffy charm. Spa on the top floor provides excellent massages in rooms with view to ocean - nice ladies and men separated sauna and steam room.

I love everything about this hotel

We have enjoyable and unforgettable stay .We love everything about this hotel,the check in and check out were easy and quick, awesome private beach and pool , the staff was nice and friendly especially Halima thank you for room upgrades to great view .

It was amazing weekends

The location of this hotel is very good, just next to the waterfall and amphitheater. Hotel has own beach, water there is so clean and beautiful. Breakfast was also very good, big choice and taste was good. Barmen in the swimming pool is very friendly, he made amazing mocktails for us, he was trying to make an art and he did it) also he offered to make pics and videos for us. It’s nice to feel that people really doing their best for the happiness of their guests.
