The location is absolutely amazing and a total disconnect from the busy life. It is like travelling to the Far East. We live in Dubai and escaped for a weekend. The pools are amazing; the adult pool is one of a kind, staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious and include all modern amenities. Valet parking facilities were quick and welcoming and they helped immediately and gladly. The breakfast was 5 stars with a lot of healthy options.
The dinner is very basic. We had a half-board booking. The selections were limited to chicken for both Friday and Saturday evening in a row! Friday had 4 chicken dishes! while Friday was three chicken dishes. There was also Chicken Pasta option! The big main course for both nights was chicken and rice for both nights of the same weekend!!! There was no live grill station as expected, and there was focus on chicken on most of the main courses. We expected a better dining experience.

Staff checking in seamless
No lotion. Shampoo low. Staff checking out was not good

The hotel is very well maintained, swimming pool and beach are nice. Beds are comfy. Staff is very helpful and kind.
Dinner buffet was very bad for a 5-star hotel. Not a lot of choice. Only 1 pasta stand, and the chef didn’t know how to put cook pasta… very sad as we were thinking something much better for a 5-star hotel at Address.

The staff of the hotel
The renovations and construction of pools making the property very dirty and dusty plus closure of their only only alacarte restaurant which forced us to to only dine at their all day dining restaurant
