We have stayed at Palace Beach Resort Fujairah twice now and have had a wonderful experience both times. The hotel is beautiful, clean and relaxing, with lovely facilities and a great beachfront location. What really makes the hotel stand out, though, is the service. Rosella and sono were absolutely amazing throughout our stay so welcoming, attentive, professional and genuinely caring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her, and she really made us feel looked after. She is a real credit to the hotel and one of the main reasons our stay was so enjoyable. The whole team were friendly and helpful, and we would happily return again.
There was honestly very little to complain about. We had a very enjoyable stay and any small requests we had were dealt with promptly by the staff.
