Our stay at Najd Al Maqsar was fantastic from start to finish. The room was super clean and cozy, every detail beautifully done, and the view was simply amazing.
But what truly stood out was the hospitality. We interacted with two receptionists, two restaurant staff, the chef, and the night security guard — six people in total — and every single one of them had the exact same standard of warmth: genuinely smiling, going out of their way to help, offering everything they could to make our stay better. None of them ever gave the sense of "just doing their job" — you could see the happiness on their faces, like they actually enjoyed making our stay special.
I honestly don't know how hotel management managed to find and train a team where every single person, across different departments, carries that same level of care. It says a lot about the culture there. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

The reception guy, Ashraf, was amazing and a very nice person
unfortenatly they was some issues regarding the drainage from the AC and disconnection in the WIFI, however, the staff were responsive and fixed the complaint quickly
