Perfect location and beautiful property. The hosts met us upon arrival and gave us the tour, including the lovingly cared-for covered garden. We enjoyed the communal kitchen and met several other guests.
I can’t think of anything negative.

Wonderful accommodating owners, very comfortable accommodations, and charming environment - couldn’t ask for more!

Our hosts were absolutely delightful, and the property was stunning! Our stay was incredibly cozy, and the house was full of warmth. Our only regret is that we stayed one night and couldn't make the most of everything they had to offer.
The property is a very short drive from everything you could need in Selfoss. It was very quiet, and the other house guests were very quiet and respectful, as well. Kitchen is fully stocked, and our room was very comfortable.
Nothing.

The atmosphere and vibe of the place is probably the best one we encountered during our visit of Iceland. The hosts were great! The garden was delightful! The ‘old-school’ concept of a hotel, where you get invited by the owner and actually feel as a guest in their home is a breath of fresh air, compared to your routine over-night stays in generic hotels.
Everything was great, really! Only very minor observations: the light from the hallway spills into the room at night - seems a bit annoying.
