The location was great with a lively team of staff.
The rooms are a little run down. We had the superior room, which was very small with a bathroom that had a drain smell. We solved the smell by placing a small towel over the shower drain. At breakfast and buffet dinner, it would have been helpful to have a sign of what things were and many things were not clear what they were.

Room was meant to have a balcony but it was only an uncovered landing to access the room. Room was very small.

Breakfast was mundane
Not clean either.
Wasted food was kept in an open bucket. We had to place used plates in the same area where we were eating breakfast. Never seen this in any hotel before. This needs to change. It is not hygienic. As a result of this there were flies in the breakfast area.
Room 27 was good but the bathroom was clearly outdated. Can you please modernise the toilet.
