I thought having your breakfast in the room and having a fridge to be excellent way to have breakfast, which was more than enough for one person.
The only negative was that the fridge was very noisy all night long.

Charming accommodation with breakfast items supplied in the room. Fan was very appreciated in the hot weather. Bed comfortable. Shower OK. Would stay again.
Arrived on a Friday afternoon when the pub was busy. Kept waiting and the initial welcome was less than warm. The fridge in the room was very noisy at times, probably because the weather was so hot.

The pub is great. Great food and beverages. This is a busy place at dinnertime. Wifi in the Pub is excellent. Wifi in my room was shoddy, but it was the furthest room from the pub, which explains why. I still had 5G for my phone in the room, and just took my computer to the Pub transfer my pictures from sightseeing all day.
Just the Wifi issue stated above, and I found workarounds for that.

We were attending an event in Frampton, so the location was perfect. It’s a lovely place and the pub located on the green commands a prime location.
The accommodation was a decent size, more of an apartment than a hotel room.
The staff. They were rude and unprofessional. Claimed we had not paid and tried to make us pay for the room again. The Manager? Was particularly unpleasant. Even when they were shown the payment receipt, they continued to complain. The check in process was painful (as it turned out we were supposed to fill out the online check in prior to arrival - shame the email from The Bell arrived after we left!), with the staff huffing and tutting during the entire process.
The room was good, but tired. It was exceedingly hot and only one window opened. There was one fan. The shower was erratic- sometimes hot, sometimes cold. There was an air conditioning unit in the lounge, but no way of switching it on.
