Booked as an overnight stay on route down to Somerset. This is a great room for the low price we paid. Comfy bed and good facilities with a small fridge which we didn't expect to find. It had everything we needed for a good rest to continue our travels the next day. Friendly staff always on hand if needed. Located at one of the M5 motorways services meant it was easy to get to.
Toilet seat was loose on one side.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff friendly and helpful, bathroom very clean, all the facilities were in good working order.
I was woken up by someone dragging a bin past my window in the early morning.
