Location , oldness and the waitress who did everything.
Food was a bit pricey. Front of house staff member who booked us in needs to do a customer service course. No conversation- No welcoming words. Saw her at night after eating in the restaurant but no good night and conversation . Seemed bery rude. Didnt seem to do anything. She was one of those people who flittered about looking like she was busy but did nothing . The poor girl on the bar served yhe drinks , the meals, cleared the tables. She also set up for breakfast in the morning. Gave her a tip
as she deserved it.
