Exceptional staff and location to the centre of Milan.
Nothing, just an FYI for Wheelchair access. The lift is not possible unless you’re able to stand and take a few steps. Fortunately I could stand in the lift and staff were so happy to carry my chair upstairs.
They were available within a second to assist.

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra del Domo. La habitación fue amplia y comodísima. La administración está en el segundo nivel, así que al principio resulta un poco confuso.
Se puede caminar a zonas turísticas con restaurantes y cafés de primera. Y si quieres ir a otra parte de la ciudad, como el canal, puedes tomar el tranvía que pasa justo en frente.
El tranvía pasa y hace un poco de ruido pero en la noche es completamente silencioso.

Very close to Milan Cathedral and Metro. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included
The bed was very hard and so were the pillows. Very loud traffic noise.
