The location was perfect with the Duomo Cathedral, metro, tram, McDonald's, Zara and much more all at your door step. The room was spacious with a complimentary water bottle and slippers.

Excellent location, great room and wonderful air conditioning on very hot days.
Nothing!

A supremely well located property, literally just around the corern from the Duomo. And given its central location, it was also surprisingly quiet, which was great. It is not a "standard" hotel so you have to wait in the lobby before being shown to your room, but the off-site staff arrived within a few minutes. The room was large and for our one night stay it offered everything we needed and was comfy. We'd stay here again
Not much could have been better. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is great. We met only one staff Fareed he was very helpful and kind. We had to carry our luggage one floor and then put them in the elevator two at a time and someone has to be up to take them. The building is shared with another hotel. The room was good but not clean. We found cockroaches both in room and toilet. It was a dealbreaker and there is no reception you have to ring a bell and wait until someone comes to you
