In an excellent location very close to the Piazza Duomo and the Galleria.
Bedrooms are really funky, beautifully furnished and decorated, and a good size, with everything you could want - lots of toiletries, a huge bed, the best quality towels and bathrobe, and nice to have a selection of soft drinks and water in the mini bar.
I thought the breakfast was disappointing for the cost. It wasn’t self service and the choice was very limited and monotonous. Only one small coffee was included and if you wanted a second one you had to pay extra! The granola and yoghurt was topped with only 3 berries, a minimal amount of fruit. The pictures on the website show the upscale breakfast so give the impression there is more variety than there actually is.
Also the hotel description said each room included a “sweet table” and shows pictures of these. All myself and my friend received was a single marshmallow lollipop on day 1 of our stay, nothing for the other 3 days.

The price was a bit higher. The room needed more hangers and places to put the towels.

Shower was not safe with water temperature randomly switching to hot/ cold
I wasn’t able to adjust room temperature without calling front desk as it was controlled centrally.. one of the nights was way too hot
Restaurant was over priced for average food
