The property was a fantastic size for a family of 7, clean bedding provided and 2 towels plus pool towels provided. Hair dryers provided in both bathrooms and are really good quality. There is a washing machine also in the villa which we used on a few occasions, there are pegs located in the garden to hang washing out. The communal pool was again a great size, with plenty of loungers. Pool open from 9am - 8pm. The location of the property was outstanding with the bars and restaurants opposite! I did think “omg” it’s going to be noisy but it really wasn’t.
Things I didn’t like is the fact I found out this villa is actually up for sale which had me worried about my booking, what if they sold it? Would my holiday be cancelled? When I asked the question I never got a response, the communication wasn’t very good! I messaged a few times and never got a response. We literally only got the entry code the Monday evening before we checked in on the Tuesday. The big patio doors at the back of the property do not lock so with 2x 10 year olds I was very wary at night that the property wasn’t secure. I never reported this as I had seen on other reviews his was an issue.
The beds where a bit hard and no air con just loud ceiling fans

Over all the villa was clean tidy in arrival.
Shutters at the window were great to make the rooms dark for sleeping.
Good value for money considering the side and location a short walk to the beach.
The kitchen had everything you could think from kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher, tea towels, numerous utensils, pots pant and much much more.
4 decent size bedrooms with built in wardrobes and plenty of hangers.
2 bathrooms one which is also a bath however no plug so we had to borrow one from the bidet
Few issues that need sorting to make this place top class.
Tv remote broken in the livingroom when we did once get it to work there was no tv on due to signal issues so not sure if theres a issue with the ariel on the roof.
Key pad locking system to get into the house was terrible and we still didnt manage to get the hang of it by the 11th night.
The back patio door dosnt lock at all which came in handy as we walked round the side to the back to gain excess due to issues with the front door however it was very unnerving on a night so we propped a pushchair up against the door to hear if anyone was to enter.
Internet only connects to phones etc when in the one bedroom its located at and at a push on the sofa in the living room.
Back patio light dosnt work and the front one flickers for quite a while till it comes on.
The pool was lovely and very private hardly used by other villas around the area due to them all but one been residential Its cold but refreshing and clean.
There is no sun parasols around the pool there is a parasol in the box in back garden to use however no stand to pop it in.
One twin bedroom the main light and fan didn't work.
Steps to go up to the sunbathing area are crumbling on the bottom step.
Over all we probably wouldnt book this villa again maby if we went in a colder month due to it having no aircon and we did notice it was up for sale online so that put us off for next year due to the worry of it being sold and booking cancled.
