Very helpful and friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble. He was flexible with meal times and provided me with an excellent breakfast and evening meal. The location and views over Dana Biosphere Reserve were fantastic. I wanted to have fruit for lunch each day and he provided it every day without fail. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others .
There was nothing not to like apart from the pestering cat at meal times. At least he saw the dog off 🤣

Rami the manager was very helpful. Reasonably priced hotel. Rooftop sun terrace (though exposed to the wind and quite cold when I was there). Good hot water.
No view from the room (unlike many other hotels in Dana).
Room is basic (just one sheet and a blanket on the bed; gas cylinder heater which is smelly; etc).
