We were comfortable. The facilities were adequate and clean.
Getting a fre drinks voucher was a nice surprise.
Tamika the receptionist was very helpful, and especially Evan was more than accommodating when he came up to make up the sofa bed and bring some extra towels and check the aircon.
We were expecting 2 bedrooms, and because we had a male friend with us, as well as a teenage boy, we had to move the single bed into the lounge. Also had to ask to have the sofa lounge made up into a bed.
The cutlery was inadequate..only 2 spoons, forks, knives, etc, and there were 4 of us. And only 3 towels, and NO teatowels, so couldn't put any washed dishes away.
Only one remote for the 2 tvs, and unable to turn the aircon in the bedroom to cool.
Also got locked out when putting my suitcase in the car (getting ready to leave) , and had to wait until one of my group realised I was locked out. Would have been good if we had been warned.

Location was good.
Bed comfortable
Air con in bedroom did not work
There was a bowl that was not washed in the the cupboard kitchen.
The main door was very loud when it closed (we were first room on the right)

Overall, a great place for an overnight stay. We were in the area for a birthday party/catch up with interstate friends & didn't want the hassle of driving back home. The customer service when we arrived and checking out was easy
I had booked the studio queen room which was clean and we arrived to find the aircon (heat) on so it was nice and warm.
The only downside is the accessibility to the rooms ( not for us)- stairs from the check in to the rooms are not ideal for those without good mobility. The staff in the bar area were frindly and accomodating
