Excellent location and everything was perfect for a 3 night stay. Hot weather in Rome, but the A/C worked excellently and kept us cool and comfortable! Private bathroom, lift to the 2nd floor property, quiet and clean. A great stay.

There were no blinds on the windows when meant the room was bright at night.

Bed not great. Breakfast could have included better coffee, fruit, cheese.

Good location
Noisy air conditioning. No blinds to Block out the morning sun. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was minimal, we needed to go elsewhere for bacon and eggs. The lift didn’t take us all The way to level 2. We had 4 large bags to take up the stairs
