WOW, WOW, WOW! What a truly wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rome! We stayed for five nights, and the hotel/guesthouse was simply spectacular! The staff, Layla and Virgilio, were absolutely amazing and simply couldn’t do enough for us. Even before we arrived, the email communication was perfect—always prompt, professional, polite and incredibly helpful. From the moment we arrived, Layla welcomed us like family. She was so warm, smiley and helpful and made us feel immediately at home. Check-in was easy, and even though we arrived two hours early, she took us straight to our beautiful room. The room was perfect—large, clean and extremely comfortable for the three of us, with a lovely bathroom and shower. The air conditioning was magnificent and an absolute relief, especially as it was almost 40 degrees outside every day! They had thought of everything. There were kitchen facilities with complimentary snacks, tea and coffee, as well as a toaster, coffee machine and microwave, all free for guests to use. The air conditioning was excellent throughout the property, and it was wonderfully quiet, with no noise from other guests. AND.... The location—OMG—was amazing! Within five to ten minutes, there were countless restaurants, shops, bars, cafés and bakeries. We were also able to walk to all the major sightseeing attractions, including the Colosseum, the Vatican and many others, while the Pantheon was literally just around the corner. It was absolutely perfect! We would also highly recommend Volpe Pasini, a wonderful restaurant literally around the corner from the hotel. Come out of the hotel, turn left, walk to the bottom and turn left again. It is the last restaurant on the right, next to the ice cream shop. The food was beautiful, the venue was lovely and the hospitality was absolutely fantastic. It is definitely worth a visit! We honestly could not recommend this wonderful place highly enough.

I have no words to describe our incredible stay at this guesthouse. Location: it is probably the safest you will find in all Rome - there is police around 24/7. The location at the Jewish Quarter, across de Sinagoge, is far enough from the busy city center but close enough to walk and explore the little alleys and beatiful streets. Be ready to pay $$$ in the places around but it is great to have amazing restaurants (including Kosher options) a block away in a nice, secluded part of the city but lively enough to want to hang out. The room was simply spotless, comfortable, the A/C functioned perfectly, and the whole experience was just incredibly easy. Virgilio and Leyla were particularly kind and caring, paying attention to every detail always with a smile. We got a very good price and it was worth every penny - it was cheaper than other locations we stayed later in our trip through Italy, and far better. We got fresh towels every day, and the whole set up was just very comfortable for 4 people in the same room. I would stay there again without a doubt. For those of you reading: remember this is not a 5 star hotel chain. This is a guest house but it has everything you need for travel in this category.

Our stay started with the warmest welcome from Layla at reception, who immediately made us feel at home. We had a truly wonderful time staying here, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated with temperatures reaching 37°C outside! We even had a drinks fridge in the room, which was wonderful. The location could not have been better for our trip. We spent our days sightseeing and loved being able to enjoy our evenings in Trastevere, just a few steps across the bridge from the guest house. There was such a fantastic choice of authentic Roman food, lively atmosphere, and entertainment right on our doorstep. Layla was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She was a fantastic host and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat, helping us discover some truly authentic Roman cuisine. Her warmth and helpfulness really made our stay extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely book this guest house for our next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!
