Location in Trastevere is perfect!
No lift to the second floor but that’s me being picky! I had to carry my parents 25+kg suitcases!

It is a good location in Trastevere.
It was not easy getting in the apartment. Many codes to operate, nobody to talk to or meet (just WhatsApp messages).

How central it was and easy to navigate. We stayed in room 1 which is on the other side of the kitchen compared to the other rooms. Noise wasn’t an issue for us in the slightest. The bed was really comfy and we really enjoyed our stay

Great location, helpful staff (although not available on premises.) Shared kitchen space. Beds made daily which we had not expected. Lift was helpful with luggage.
Lack of cleanliness of bathroom, floor of bedroom and kitchen area. Shower pressure and water temp very variable. Shower unusable and toilet not draining first morning but host fixed by afternoon
