Great location - right next to the bus stop and few minutes to Vatican City.
Breakfast - amazing breakfast (available practically whole day), also lifesaver when we arrived late at night and starving.
Service - the host Francesca is lovely person that helps with everything!
Rooms and especially bathroom - really good designed.
Thank you for the stay, 100% recommended and would stay again!

Comfy, clean, having access to the kitchen was great and the staff was over the top helpful.

Francesco & his family were very friendly, hospitable & helpful in all ways with whatever we needed. His son Sam provided transportation for us from the airport to the hotel and also helped us out with transportation from the Rome train station to the airport hotel at the end of our month-long trip travelling in all of Italy. They provided a well equipped kitchen to help ourselves with any food, coffee or tea. Definitely would stay there again.
We don't have anything to complain about here. Everything was Fantastico!
