Rooms are outdated, pool not finished, food is poor quality and they are very understaffed
Needs renovations asap, need more staff, better food quality. Give preference to staying guests over people who only spend the day

nothing like the pictures, way overpriced, has so much potential but overall it looks like an abandoned property. poor options for food, not even a menu, the waiter just tells you what’s available for the day. property is not well maintained at all which is too badX so much potential. I paid for 2 days but we ended up going to Arena down the street after 1 day and we wished we would’ve had 2 days in arena instead (Arena is also half the price and 100% better).

The staff were great. The communication was great. The property is very nice.
We paid a fortune only to find out the pool is public and left the guests without chairs and good access to the pool. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool.
Plus, we have stayed here before and the pool was for hotel guests only.
We paid 1.200.000 COP or $285 USD for two night. This was a lot of money. However, we stayed here a few years ago and thought it would be worth the money. i was looking forward to sun and the pool. To my surprise, they sell access to the pool and the rate is very cheap. This attraction crowds of loud drunks. we could not even get a seat by the pool in the morning.
Moreover, they allow people to let their pets roam and unleashed. There was a Pit Bull running around lose which is very dangerous.
i was so disappointed and I deserve a refund considering I couldn’t even access the pool.

the staff is super nice!! Conrado, the Pool waiter is the best!!
The rooms are way to simple! very old and small tvs, a good decorator would be fine.

Breakfasts was really good. Balcony was nice to have.
Spa was closed. Music at the pool cheesy and too loud. The grass was full of dog poop.
