Amazing breakfast. Nice location. Spacious room. Place to put suitcase.
shower was broken en half of the water was coming out on the side of the showerhead. The hair dryer wasn't working at all.
Most people take an early bus to Torres del Paine (the reason why people stay in Puerto Natales) but breakfast isn't served until strictly 6 am, meaning you can never have breakfast on time and also reach the terminal in time for the earliest bus.
Value for money was therefore not really good in my opinion too expensive for what you get.
