This hostel is incredible. Staff is very kind, many facilities, free coffee, outstanding cleanliness, very social ad spacious. AJ did an amazing service, was very kind and helpful. She gave me great reccomandations and put a lot of effort to let me stay in my bed when I decided to extend. This is a TOP LEVEL HOSTEL !!!

my fist hostel expirance, very nice and clean place.
the hostel has a whatsapp group so there are allways people to explore the city with.
the rooms are very quiet even in full capacity, and there are bathrooms and showers for every floor.
the staff are very nice and helpful, especially Hina that also orgenized a group tour to the fireworks for 20 of the hostels' guests

One aspect is that the staff did try and keep the place clean despite it being quite a large hostel.
The other travellers made this place more reasonable to stay in, and social. Thankfully met a few good people to spend time with.
The private double rooms are extremely tiny and not worth the price being charged. In addition there is no window/ventilation option whatsoever so it becomes incredibly stuffy.
My room had a strong smell of mold and reported this to staff who switched me to a different room which was similarly stuffy and didn’t have a window or ventilation.
The place is also advertised as having breakfast included however this is not the case, and nothing is provided.
