I really appreciate the time in Star Hostel, the instructions for the public spaces and room, the wonderful breakfast each morning, the truly warm from stuffs, everything touching me…
And I already re-booked the hostel, for the last day in Taipei.
I will recommend here for all of my friends.

Delicious breakfast - eggs and tuna in a pancake, side salad, fruit salad
unlimited toast & buns/butter/coffee/juice
Location was very convenient to get to transit to go anywhere.
Room - clean and large, AC worked well. Small fridge in our family suite. Filtered water available.
Staff - allowed us to store our bags early on the day we arrived and late on the day we left so that we did not have find a locker for our bags before checkin or after check out. Staff also were really helpful in telling us how to explore Yangminshan NP on our own. Staff also gave recommendations of how best to get to our next location.
Overall, fantastic stay!
Maybe a blackout curtain between the bathroom and the bedroom would have helped to block excess light from the bathroom window.

Location and breakfast
It looks like a good place to work but there is no PowerPoints and you have to sit on the floor. Not my vibe as a digital nomad workers
