The property is really clean!
The staff is really nice and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious. They had home made cakes, croissants and all sorts of breakfast goodies. The room gets cleaned everyday and they have AC and hot water running. The tap water is not drinkable so they have machines to sell water bottles in the hall.
After my check out, I asked if it was possible to leave my luggage in the storage, and they let me leave it all day đ
Everything was really great đ.
The access to the property is 24h.

On the Last night of my stay, I had a work dinner and we finished late. I got to the property around 3am but the guy that was doing the night shift, complained to me for coming back so late.
I had called the property and warned the lady in the reception, before leaving that I would come back extremely late and that it would be better if they gave me a key, but they said no and assured me they are 24h.
I am only feeling sorry for the manâŚ
Also my room had ants.
The breakfast could use a little bit more vegetarian variety when it comes to salty. They only offered ham and cheese, they could offer eggs too.

Simple and clean room. The AC works well. Breakfast is excellent! The area is very secure and we were completely at ease leaving our car parked. We walked to the locations we wanted to visit. It was about 30 minute walk to St Peterâs Basilica. We were mostly passing through and not trying to see all the sites. We had done that already. The nice thing about this location is you are out of the fray of all the tourists and crowds. There are some amazing restaurants not far away (which are a fraction of the price of anything in the city center). Iâm sure public transport would be convenient from here, we just didnât bother with it.
Beds were a little hard.

The nuns were lovely. Excellent wifi.
The bed was extra hard and small. The shower was very small and leaked.no fridge for medications and no jug to make a cup of tea. Not a SMART tv. No English channels for news.
