- The resort is quite big, and includes many activities for families, kids etc
- The location is beautiful, the beach is amazing
- The dinner is very good, and includes many different types for any taste
- The pools are great. The kids pools are really good too.
- Staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, everywhere from the reception to the restaurant and bars/pool.
- The hotel is getting aged, this is more obvious in the rooms. The rooms are old and small so for sure not suitable for more than 2 people. the furniture is dirty.
- The bathroom area in the rooms was in a bad condition. It's dirty and needs renovation. The water was coming from the faucet and the shower at the same time and the drain was not working , even after discussing this with the reception, the handyman sent by reception could not improve anything.
- The beds are very bad. The mattress is also not comfortable at all. The bed sheets and the blankets are so old fashioned and used that using them is unpleasant. The blanket was always coming out of the cover as the covers are not having any zipper or buttons.
- The sofa bed was horrible. It was making a squeaky noise with every move. It's also not comfortable to sleep on for more than 1 hour.
- The breakfast service was very bad. The variety is to the minimum and it's hard to find anything interesting to eat after 2-3 days.
- The lunch at Sirocco restaurant was very bad as well. They cook supermarket pizzas there instead of fresh pizza. The diversity of the food is also very bad.
- The issue with cockroaches can be disturbing for people who have never seen them. They enter the rooms and you can find them everywhere in the hotel areas.
- The coffee in the restaurants was terrible. no taste or wrong taste, cappuccino tasted like hot chocolate, espresso had no taste.

The place was huge like a village! The room was big enough for 2 people, the staff very friendly even if they knew English or not. We felt nice when the cleaner helped us find our room the first day as we were a bit lost and she didn't speak English. We had all inclusive and we loved the buffet offered in all different meals and the drinks included. The also had snacks between the meals so it was all day long food! Tasty food, plenty of options, smiley staff and chefs and we appreciated their services during our meals. We also used the jacuzzi and it was really nice and relaxing. The place is perfect to relax and enjoy the fact that everything is ready for you! The beach is just in front of the resort and it's an amazing sandy one - great to swim if not windy. The location of the resort is quite far from the airport - an hour and a few minutes. It also had pools to enjoy and even a kids one! Definitely recommended it!
We found the massage very expensive - almost double the price from London where we live and we were in Spain. Also, we took a taxi from the airport and we needed one to go back and catch our flight. When we went at the reception to request one, the lady kept on talking to us in Spanish even if we kept telling her: "English please" . It can happen to anyone but something we didn't like was the amount of money she told us the taxi will cost. She said 50euros more than what we paid going there. When we mentioned that we paid less, she called the relevant service and said that is less than what mentioned before. We believed that they should know how much a taxi to the airport would cost since the public transport is not good and guests would request frequently and maybe not try to charge more!! This can also happen if the staff is new so we wouldn't still give less than a 10 to this lovely place!

The whole hotel is just superb.
it’s very well looked after and extremely clean, the outdoor and the rooms.
The warm pool is really good and the kids pools is awesome.
The decorations of the room is also really good and quite trendy.
Very family and kids friendly and the staff is also really nice.
Very good price value for the all inclusive
The food can get a bit repetitive but it’s in general really tasty.
There isn’t much around the hotel outside so I will recommend to book a car to get around. Some beautiful places like Cofete or Playa de Sotavento quite close by car.

In winter ( end of December) was possible to enjoy outdoors activities, during midday the beach and the outdoor heated swimming pools (mainly for children and heated only to 25 degrees) almost all day. Staff for children did a great job and there were everyday plenty of organized activities for children and adults. Highlight for kids was the mini-disco at 20:30 every night (a bit too late in my opinion). There was as well an E-games room which was fabulous if the weather became cloudly or windy. It was not for free though.
The food for the all included was very good, really plenty of options and for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve was a special dinner (free of charge) that you could book in advance. We did it and would definitely recommend it. Food was "ok" but service was perfect.
In the all-included package there were only 2 cocktails . If you want more, you would need to upgrade to the premium option on site.
If the weather on one day is cloudy or windy there are not many options in the hotel to spend time (Spa maybe but did not try) so you need to look for options outside like the zoo or shopping mall nearby.
Location was far from the airport so be ready to pay around 100 EUR each way for a taxi from the airport (about 60 mins ride). There are shuttle services (not organized by the hotel) cheaper but timing with the flights was in my case an issue.

Breakfast was very good. Each evening there were also other types of topics for dinner and you could enjoy barbecue night or spanish night. Very Good. There is a beach very close, very nice, with sun beds and not crowded
You need a car. If you want to leave the property, everything is far away. The closest bar/restaurant that is not part of the resort is 40-45 minutes walking. But this is not exactly a complain, we knew about this and we had a car. Is more as an info in case you are curious.

i like the pools and the beach but you need to pay extra 10€ for the sun lounger a day
the quality of the food was really poor is more for German tourist , the cleaning of the room is not great coffee cups are just wiped with tissue and not washed how should be, also there is no coffee and water for the room unless you ring the reception and ask for it , if you plan a trip organise to buy some food because the hotel doesn’t give you any lunch boxes

Evertyhing was perfect. We really enjoyed our staying in this beautiful hotel.
Cleaning. We had a lot of problems with it. We even had to go to the reception desk to ask them to change the bed linen for us because it was too dirty. While making coffee, I noticed that the inside of the kettle was very dirty, I left the note asking them to clean it, but nothing was done.

Fantastic pool section. A fun and shallow pool for my 9 year old and a deeper quieter pool for me to swim in. They also have a dedicated adult pool but I didn't use it as I was withy son.
The food is also great. Varied and changed every day. Lot's of options for kids and some lovely fresh salads, grilled fish, meat and daily specials for grown ups.
There was very little I didn't like. The hotel is great.

Staff is friendly, location close to the beach, good amount of pools, few nice bars.
Low quality standards at dining halls (understaffed?), as they only flip the covers and put new plates, all dirt remains on the chairs. Many food options but most of them meh-quality, like undercooked meat and churros, bland tasting pastas, old vegetables - if somebody looked and checked they'd know, but nobody seemed to have time to check.

maybe too much loud music by my taste, I can imagine others like it, and the staff actually listened to my “complain” and adjusted the DJ time playing.

The overall atmosphere was great. Most of the staff were exceptional, smiling and friendly. Live music was outstanding, some real talent for our enjoyment. Nice little shops. Great selection of food. Everywhere so clean.
A few members of staff in the main bar seemed to have a bit of a negative attitude at night. They got flustered when busy and seemed like they didn't want to be there. Maybe a little training regarding staying positive and friendly at all times would be good.
Would have loved to have the entertainment finish a bit later in the evening.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location with an amazing sea view. A lots of activities for kids and also for adults. Variety of food and drinks. Definitely to come back again.
Some additional charges are not necessary. For example: fresh orange juice,natural coffee- specially when you paid for all inclusive) and tennis court.

such a relaxing atmosphere, food was good too, super clean and nice rooms
some staff were obsessed with us not having bracelets (as we had only the breakfast included). Rather than asking us, some of them insisted we weren’t from the hotel, one of them even said to my friend ‘you need to leave I’m calling the reception’. I’m sure it was a translation issue as their English wasn’t perfect but this came across as quite rude.
The rooms are not really soundproof, we could hear where the people next door were talking or having a shower etc.
