I was a very beautiful hotel. The pools were always clean and the kids pool was separated from the other big pools. I liked how there was an adult only area to enjoy and relax. The beach was right next to the hotel so you can definitely walk. Very friendly staff and also clean rooms because they get tidied up everyday. The food options were nice there is something there for everyone.
The only thing is that around the hotel there isnt much to do if you dont have a car, so if you dont only want to stay in a hotel you should definitely rent a car because other than the hotels that are around, there isnt a city where you can walk around. And the gym is very outdated.

The overall resort is nice, quite large with lots of different areas depending on what you need! The buffet was great for a 4 star, great options and a large area to eat in!
The gym could do with a make over, and none of the pools were heated - we didn't swim the entire time we were there! It's a very windy island, so tables with cup holders so I cups didn't blow over / spill would be a great addition. The rooms are somewhat dated but didn't matter too much! Also keep in mind it's an hour drive from the airport, and this will cost around £110.

I like that the kids pool was heated. I like also the animation staff Marlon and Charlie.
The food at lunch is bad quality. Every day pizza, pasta and burgers and hotdogs. Not healthy at all.

The reception staff were fantastic, and the bar at reception is nice to hang out in. It's very clean generally.
Despite the fact we'd written (twice) and called before arriving to check that the kids pool was heated, when we arrived it was freezing cold. We arrived on a Saturday, and when I finally got to speak to the person who could supposedly help with this, she said there was nothing she could do until Monday when the management would be back. How a hotel with hundreds of people in it cannot have effective management over the weekend is totally beyond me. The pool was eventually fixed, but too late for us. No apology or amends made.
The other thing was the "animation team" who cancelled various activities at the slightest gust of wind - it was laughable.. but much more concerning was the fact that the team running the Kids Club allowed our 4yo son to leave without our signing him out. They seemed totally disinterested.
The weather was poor whilst we were there - totally outside of the hotel's control of course. But that would have been much less of a problem for us had the activities delivered what we'd expected and the pools had been warm enough to swim in.
Overall, nice hotel, shame it's not being run properly.
