The apartment was purchased in 2017 and it was fully renovated and redesigned from scratch. It is fully furnished, modern decorated and fully equipped. The views from the apartment are spectacular during the day and especially at night when starring at the enlighten Parthenon. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size double beds and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster and a filter coffee machine. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you. Entire property has free Wi-Fi! Syntagma is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional taverns, a pharmacy, banks and public transport. Our stay in this 2-bedroom suite in Plaka was nothing short of magical. Where do I even begin?
Let's start with that jaw-dropping view of the Acropolis—a splendid sight that could easily be the best in Athens.
The apartment itself is a masterpiece, fully redesigned with modern decor and top-of-the-line furnishings.
Safety was never a concern; both the building and apartment boast excellent security measures. And then there's George, the host with the most.
Not only did he manage all our transfers in Athens, but he was a fountain of local knowledge, ready to assist immediately.
The apartment offers more than just a comfortable stay. It feels like a home away from home with its fully equipped kitchen. We savored our morning coffee while taking in the awe-inspiring views of the flag raising at the Parthenon.
Space is ample, with two queen-sized beds and two pristine bathrooms, all supplied with high-quality linens and towels. And, of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, keeping us connected during our stay.
Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Situated in the vibrant heart of Athens, you're within walking distance of every must-visit spot: Syntagma, Monastiraki, Kolonaki, and more. Want to sample traditional Greek fare? A myriad of taverns are just steps away. Fancy a glass of wine? Drunky Goat, a fabulous wine bar, is a mere five-minute walk.

Location! Location! Location! Easy walk to all the sites, great tavernas, shopping!! Loved being there. The Plaka area. Felt very safe and the view was amazing!!

The apartment is perfectly located on a quiet pedestrian street that is close to restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. George’s assistant met us upon arrival (helped get our bags up in the lift) and explained WiFi password, key, etc. George’s team basically served to replace the concierge at a hotel - they arranged our early morning transfer to the airport and also arranged for a wonderful driver for a day trip to the Monasteries of Meteora. The view of the Acropolis and Parthenon from the balcony of the apartment is incredible, especially at night. It was a perfect home base to walk to great restaurants in the Plaka, and to the nearby Acropolis. We also walked to Monastiraki Market and the subway station (passing Hadrian’s Library en route), and to Syntagma Square and the Parliament Building (strolled through the National Gardens), where we saw the Changing of the Guard. Two couples were comfortable at the apartment, although we spent very little time there! If we had to provide a constructive feedback - we could have used a dish towel and more bath towels during our stay, but these likely would have been provided if we had asked. Another key to the apartment would also have been handy (electronic key access would be even better) for two couples -but we were so busy it didn't occur to us to request it. Well stocked closet - we used the iron and also an umbrella - didn't need the washer/dryer during our stay. Again- perfect location and AMAZING views. Thank you George!

The apartment was not representative as online. Most important is was not clean. The previous guests left eye glasses in the shower and the cleaning lady did not see rhem. The bathroom glass doors were full of water marks. The sliding door to the small deck was dirty. Finger prints all of the kitchen cabinets. Floors not washed. We were there for 2 nights only. The day we arrived from Boston, one day of touring. We spent 10 days in Greece. Athen was the only disappointment. The furniture is old and shappy. The air conditioning is very out dated & doesnt work well.

We enjoyed our stay in Athens. The apartment, location, service/communications with George prior to arrival and throughput our stay exceeded our expectations. The views from the deck of the Acropolis and sunsets each day were magical.

Loved the stay in Athens. Condo was convenient to all things we wanted to see in the city. Very convenient to get to the Acropolis. Some things quite different than what we have here in the US but that is to be expected. But, overall we loved our stay at this condo in Athens. Really enjoyed the full day with our visit to Corinth (Korinthos).

This was our first visit to Athens and we wanted to visit popular tourist attractions. The property's location and view are unbeatable for this purpose. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The in-person check-in was helpful too. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. We were traveling with my elderly parents and were really counting on the elevator which worked great. Most cabs/shuttles don't pull into the narrow alleys so our pick-ups and drop-offs were at the intersection about 50m from the apartment, which wasn't a problem but just something to know.

This property was perfect for us the location simply can’t be beat, 2 min walk to Plaka where you will find all the restaurants bars and shopping opportunities. The apt was modern recently totally renovated the VRBO pics are accurate deck area looks right at the Acropolis and at at night the lighting on the Acropolis is spectacular. Check in to the apt was easy George meet us outside and showed us everything inside we needed to know, communication with the management team was flawless and the area was very safe to explore. For us it was a return to Athens our last trip there was 1986! We even ate ate the same tavern which was still there after all these years. If you can book this accommodation do it!!

Walk out the apartment to the left and from the end of the street you are in the back lanes of Plaka with tavernas, shops and bars.
The apartment is perfect, the view from the balcony of the Acropolis is wonderful.
The apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath. Both bathrooms are accessed from the hall, neither is en-suite but that wasn't a problem for us. Kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, we never ate in in the evening as there were so many great places to eat locally.
I would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay near all the sights of Athens

We have just returned from Athens after staying in this great apartment. The location is absolutely perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning!
Communication with George was good and he arranged our pickup & return to the airport by taxi which was waiting for us on landing and got us back to the airport with time to spare. Definitely worth doing. The apartment had everything we needed and more! We have had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this beautiful city. I cannot tell you how beautiful the view is from the balcony of this place at sunset. It is almost unreal. Fabulous apartment close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Management/owner was really attentive and responsive. Thank you!

The apartment is on the 5th floor and apparently there is not enough "city water pressure" for a property 20 meters above grade. The property has a rather loud under the kitchen sink booster pump that initiates whenever a faucet is turned on or a toilet is flushed. The pump can be heard throughout the apartment. But the pump does provide excellent water pressure...
Miscommunication between the owner and I caused frustration on both sides during check in. Via VRBO written communication I told the owner a month in advance that we booked a tour after our cruise ship departure in the morning as we could not drop luggage at the VRBO until noon and could not check in until 3 pm (each of these are typical). One day prior to arrival the owner indicated that the property manager would be waiting for us at the property at noon??, not sure why he was expecting this. I did not see this communication as we were "at sea." The end result was a frustrated call to me by the owner and then calls between myself and the owner and the owner's property manager and finally an insistence that we check in by 2:30 pm, so we had to cut our tour (to Corinth) a little short. I admit that I am guilty of not indicating a precise check in time nor telling the owner I would call 30 minutes in advance of check in. Either of these would have eliminated the problem.

This apartment is exactly as pictured with an absolutely amazing view. The amenities were modern. The location is great as we were able to walk everywhere to shop, eat and site see. Our host arranged airport transfers for us. Both were very delightful. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Athens.

Glad we stayed here. Good location. There was a hiccup with the check in process and we had to wait for the cleaning crew to finish. It was 95 degree and we had been traveling for a while, so that was a pain, but everyone was very nice and helpful.

We loved our time in this apartment. The location is perfect, the apartment is clean and well appointed, and the view of the Parthenon is stunning. We received assistance with transportation from the airport, with outstanding restaurant recommendations, and with ideas for spending our time. Communication in advance was outstanding. We highly recommend this location.
