Wow, where to start? Building has been in the family for over 200 years and it's very well taken care of. Caroline is an absolute star and took care of us like we were family. Breakfast was outstanding. Bed was more comfortable than ours at home.
Unusual heatwave (30-37c) made everything uncomfortably warm and no fan available, but the cool evening breeze off the mountain was good. Very steep narrow access road not for people with mobility problems.

Its very cosy and the owners are lovely! An amazing assortment for the breakfast and the rooms were clean and very cosy.
The location is a little out the way but there’s easy access with buses. We just happened to have booked during a massive musical festival, so there weren’t as many buses heading into that area. Our blunder though for not checking what’s happening in the area.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Caroline was extremely generous, welcoming, and kind. They even arranged to send something to us that we accidentally left in the room. Would love to come back again. We loved the breakfast, rooms, views, and location!
