Beautiful setting with gardens and patio. Nice restaurant for breakfast (we don’t eat there otherwise. Great location for exploring St Peter Port. Nice staff.
Our beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were soft and thin, so good sleeps were difficult to get.

Location was great - just a short walk to the centre of St Peter Port and virtually next door to Victor Hugo’s house.
My only real complaint (and very minor) was the mixed grill breakfast which had clearly been sitting under a hot lamp for a while.

Support and friendliness from staff, e.g carrying luggage up and dlown from my third floor room (no lift); excellent choice at breakfast; gardens are lovely with lots of hidden seating areas, great lounges
i was disappointed with the evening menu- no veg really and not much helathy food on offer- a bit pricey too.
