Clean and comfortable rooms serviced daily and generous supplies of tea coffee etc.
No lifts so you need to be able to climb stairs with luggage - although staff will help

Convenient for Town/Port, attractive inner courtyard, very welcoming. Fridge in bedroom much appreciated as was Smart TV. Breakfast facilities, menu, and service were excellent. Also had several evening meals in the Pickled Pig that were excellent, and service was very good.
The room was a bit stuffy. The fan that was provided was a very welcome essential, but air-con would have been preferable. There was a noticeable lack of coat hooks on the backs of the doors in bedroom and bathroom, and the Towel Rail was quite inaccessible for short people!

It was central.
My room was in the attic, very hot and very small. I would not have booked it if I had know that I had to go up and down so many steps in order to reach the room. The view was most unpleasant.
