Friendly staff, clean room. Close to supermarkets and transport. Food was good in the restaurant. The staff were able to offer us veg meal at our request.

Lovely comfortable room with nice big bathroom (I really dislike the tiny bathrooms that often come with hotel rooms). Room was immaculate and well maintained. The host, Jack, was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff is worthy of a shout-out; so professional and would be a credit to any establishment. The menu was varied and the for a very high quality. Stayed 6 nights but could have gone on longer Loved the location - far enough from the hustle and bustle of St Peter Port, but still close enough for easy access.
A small matter, but bigger, hotel standard bath towels would be welcome.

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurts, full English, and continental available. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Ate in the restaurant a few nights and the food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Sunday roast was amazing. Close to the bus routes and easy access to numerous walks. Johnathan was very helpful with information on busses and walks. As we left before breakfast on our last day we asked if it was possible to have something before we left, and we were given a great packed lunch (breakfast) with large rolls freshly made, juice and crisps. It was very much appreciated. Dietary needs are also catered for.

Location great for buses to get around the island and walking to shops and rest of town. Breakfast excellent, good choice, fresh fruit and full English cooked to perfection. Good menu for evening meals too.
Staff welcoming and there just when you needed them!
Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean with a very comfortable bed.
It is an inn therefore noisy in the summer from people sitting outside for meals/drinks in eves but this never went on too late and was very quiet for rest of night.
