Beautiful property, well furnished rooms with friendly & helpful staff.
While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). The option is there to take the service charge off but in my view, it is not a comfortable checkout experience.

Wonderful staff. Fab food. First room we were given was v v small my husband couldn’t bend down in the small shower. Had a word and were moved to larger room with larger shower the next day

A lovely grand hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff, from Kris on the front desk, to Ruben the concierge and Sianna at the pool. Lots of nice touches, Excellent breakfast and dinner too. Top class.
