The location was great, close enough to Town and also the Airport. The room was a good size with plenty of space around the beds - 1 double and 1 single. Tea & Coffee facilities were great as were the towels. The beds were very comfortable and the room was warm. Plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant doubled as the breakfast room and the breakfasts were very good, I would highly recommend the full English Breakfast. Ideal hotel for an overnight stay or for an extended time, staff very helpful.
Unfortunately the Wellness Suite was closed and had been for a while, and according to the staff they did not know when it would re-open. The shower was a little noisy due to plumbing issues but apart from that the bathroom was fine

Staff excellent. TV didn't work & extractor not on. Philippino man on reception fixed immediately. Both he and Mr Santos most personable and helpful. Location good.
Only 3 star and shows. Rather basic. Room carpet badly stained and TV and extractor not working. All rather tired. Perhaps not quite matching the tariff. Bed duvets very thick despite season and temperature and uncomfortable. Standard of cooked breakfast poor. - the weakest element. Thank goodness the staff were so good!
