Ash, Jennifer and their wonderful family and staff made us feel very welcome. Preferred staying outside St Peter Port as so much more tranquil and only 15 minutes drive into Town it wasn't a problem. The pool was lovely and so relaxing after a long day out exploring. Beautiful views as well

- Cleaning, Restaurant and Bar staff were excellent. They were attentive and offered recommendations on the best choices of food and drink. They also ensured room was clean and tidied daily and would replace towels regularly
- The swimming pool. The option of having a pool was great, especially as during our stay the weather was warm. Not many hotels in Guernsey have an outdoor pool so this was a nice option.
- Good Public transport links - having a a bus stop nearby and regular access to taxis. Hotel was also located near the costal path which takes you all around the island.
- Female receptionist was great and any queries/questions I had, she was be very helpful.
- Very expensive for a 3 star hotel and not good value for money in my opinion.
- I paid for a room with patio and pool view - on arrival I discovered I had no patio or pool view. I was informed by the male receptionist after complaining, that if I was to look out of the window and turn my head to right I would see the pool. Also I was told that the patio that I paid for, was by the pool and not outside my room. Totally unacceptable.
