Staff seemed very busy at meal times. Service was very slow
Also all restaurants closed earlier than advertised. We had to go elsewhere to eat. Inconvenient

The tree house location was excellent. The tranquility of the surroundings were great. With it being just a stroll to the gorgeous beach.

Friendly staff, excellent restaurants, comfortable bed; good food.
Limited facilities (a swimming pool that wasn't open but nothing else); if the weather was poor there was nothing in the hotel to do except return to your room and read.
