The staff were all super friendly. The engagement and service were first-class. I highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday in Guernsey - something for everyone. Excellent

Breakfast was amazing, as were the breakfast staff.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were lovely.
The gym was good,
The driving range was great, the evening food was good.
The staff cleaning the rooms were very good.
The rooms were lovely BUT no airconditioning! Which is a big problem with the summer heatwave.
The spa staff in some cases could have been friendlier.
We went with older teenagers, and the under 17 rule for pool and gym was not welcome.
Our children could only use the pool for 2.5 hours a day. This is not long enough and under 17 is simply too old.
