There was an added bonus of breakfast I did not realise this was included when we booked.
The first morning we were greeted by a young female member of staff she was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Lots of fruit was nice.
And a good selection of cereal and teas on offer.
The room was lovely very comfy bed and amenities.
The shower was good a little too hot at times but good.
This morning at breakfast was much different .
The young male member of staff was not that interested really only what was on his phone.
He did help when asked .
There were lots of dirty used dishes on the tables that people had been sat at.
Some of the crockery was a bit in need of a wash.
And there was not a lot of fruit on offer this morning.

Food was good although slightly overpriced,
I was surprised at breakfast when another guest stated that she did not realise a cooked breakfast was available on request. I personally feel that the breakfast menu could be a lot simpler, instead of differing content under titles such as Kings, Prince and Dukes. and although it was nice to see on the same menu Eggs Florentine, Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royal i felt they were perhaps a little too much choice for the location.
Staff could do with some hygiene training and cleanliness in handling crockery and glassware.
The room was very small and had a box shower that performed like a footbath. (Shower tray filled and was slow in draining)
a lot of hair was in corner of base. We purchased via an online site and assumed we received one of the lesser rooms or perhaps the only one left at booking.
