Great location
It was a little disappointing that the keys were not ready earlier as there had been several communications about it and you called me to confirm arrival time. The first receptionist was a bit rude telling me it was impossible that I’d been told that!! When we went back a bit later the second guy was much friendlier, gave us advice and Maps.I think air con would be better in the bedrooms!

Perfecte locatie! Ruim appartement met voor ons alles wat nodig was voor een driedaags bezoek aan Valencia. Verblijf met 2 volwassen en een kind. Super vriendelijk en goed geholpen!
Matrassen mogen voor ons iets steviger zijn. Verder was alles perfect.

Posizione eccellente per visitare il centro storico, si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Staff cordiale e molto disponibile, in particolare Isabella che è stata gentilissima e disponibile, dialogando nella nostra lingua e aiutandoci in tutte le fasi

Check in viene effettuato a 7/8 minuti a piedi di distanza, muoversi con le valigie è piuttosto scomodo. Meglio sarebbe attivare l’accesso con codici in modo da non doversi muovere avanti e indietro dalla struttura

The location is good, in the good part of the old town. The size of the apartment is also good and the bar from the ground floor (the apartment is on the 1st floor) is not noisy.
There is one AC unit in the living room and none in the bedrooms. It means that everybody has to sleep with the doors opened, not good when traveling with kids and the little ones have to go to sleep earlier. All the internal doors are old and not fixed, the bathroom door and the small bedroom door both very difficult to close/open. The balconies are very small. The pillows are very cheap and bad quality...
