very central location, just 8 minutes walk to Zocalo, clean and cost rooms, very friendly staff, 2 parking spaces just in front of hotel reseved for guests, they serve complimentary coffee and cookies in the morning.
neighbor rooms are just close to each other, so you can hear almost everything. we had a family which had loud conversations outside the room at a table in the patio and we couldn't sleep because of the noise. but this is a general problem with people who don't care even being in hotels...

The room was as described, with privacy and a private balcony. The security was great, with the service team locking the hotel doors at night for safety.
I didn’t like how they took from our deposit for dirty sheets. That’s part of a hotel stay and should not be considered damage. Really ruined the experience.
