Warm recommendations for a real vacation.
Very nice, clean, regular maintenance and cleaning. The staff is very friendly and professional. Near the big beach, walking distance. Thank you for everything.

Superb
The hospitality because the people that work there were very nice to us. Also the fact that the place is near the beach. The prices were affordable.
It was not very clean, even though there were some improvements since the last year.

I was with my family and it was great!
The location is excellent. Friendly staff (especially Božo, Milica(housekeeping lady) and Ivana (reception)). Nice and spacious bungalows. Easy access to the most beautiful beach in Montenegro - Velika Plaža (Long Beach) in Ulcinj. Close to restaurants, shops and farmers' markets (excellent selection of organic fruits and vegetables). Bakeries are superb - an amazing selection of bread, burek and pastries. Parking is also good and free. The property has a playground for kids.
It needs some updates in the kitchen (it is ok but it needs more dishes, cups and glasses). Kitchen should have an electric kettle. It also needs to be cleaner, especially now during the pandemic. It should be completely cleaned with disinfectant. We needed to clean the kitchen and the bathroom thoroughly before we let kids in.

Very friendly staff. Close to the beach. Seems like a nice place if you come with kids.
Bathroom was far from clean. The water smelled really bad, which I have never experienced anywhere in Montenegro before. Everything is old (but comfort is fine). For me it was not worth the price.

Superb
Return after 3 years to 2 houses. Not much has changed. Now there are no breakfasts. More renovated houses. Everyday towels or cleaning. A well-tended area, bigger palms, probably dreamed. There may be mosquitoes. Restaurant unchanged, i.e. tasty at good prices, good bar. The only place in the resort to spend the evening. Restaurant service is extremely different. Car entry to the resort for a magnetic card. Parking in the shade between trees. At the resort is a shop, but without bread. Sandy beach, a bit crowded. Mohito beach bar quickly closed. With ada Bojana, it is possible to return in a traffic jam for an hour. If someone is looking for peace and quiet or intimacy and the beach does not bother, the base is the ideal place.
No kettle !!!, not much equipment in the kitchen. Some attractions on the resort would be useful.
