Breakfast was great and the woman serving the food was very polite and nice.

We booked this place because the announcement on Booking was that the pool would be open from April 1st. When we arrived, the manager said that it was not because it was off-season, even if it was provided in the description that it would be open. They agreed it was a mistake on their part. The room we actually booked smelled of smoke. The manager suggested we changed to a different room.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The owner was really nice, the location is great, close to the beach, some restaurants, even a shop. I have to commend the breakfast, which was delicious!

I had a pretty good experience in this hotel. The host of this hotel is very friendly, and he provided excellent service

A very good experience! The host were very nice and very helpful to us during our trip. The hotel is very beautiful, with a great location and view of the sea. The breakfast served was delicious, super recommended! The room was as warm and comfortable as the pictures, very spacious and clean, and the host was very welcoming and helped to contact a driver to pick up the plane as well as a driver for the trip, and the breakfast served every day was very tasty. Also, the location is perfect, close to the sea and the view is beautiful, and it's easy to get out and about!

Stay in this amazing Hotel with my girl, amazing place to stay, stay in apartment with sea view, super view Nice balcony, Room very comfortable, air conditioning work good room warm, bed big and comfortable for sleep! Nice terrace, breakfast very good, nice service, checking before time very happy, Nice place for good holiday in amazing town of Ulcinj, back again in this Hotel! Recommended this place for good stay with relax!!! Nice pool for swimming in season! Just amazing Hotel!

Very good

Very nice apartment just like on the photos. Nice view to the beach. Friendly staff. Got a free upgrade to a better room. Delicious breakfast. Free on-site parking.

Kitchen may be better equipped e.g. wine opener, wine glass, more pots. Toilet could not be flushed. In one of the room (next to the main door) the air conditioner did not provide heating. (The other x2 rooms were OK!)

Amazing set of apartments truly 5*

On arrival we were greeted by the young host who spoke the most fluent English and was very polite. Showed us to our apt number 108 which was situated on the breakfast and pool floor area. Our apartment had both up and downstairs balconies with the most amazing views of the strip where food and the beach were situated. Every morning the owner and wife greeted us before breakfast and always checked to see if we were enjoying the stay. There was air conditioning throughout the whole apt, which we thank God for especially each time we came back from a walk or eating because it was very hot. Cleaning staff were great and NEVER came into the apartment whilst we were there. Had fresh towels daily and she would even be kind enough to wash dishes which we may have used. We were given complimentary Prosecco (we were a newly married couple) and a bottle of wine four days later. A good range of breakfast items and the Chef lady was lovely, she knew what hot drinks I drank and had it ready for us. Swimming pool nice and clean. Great amount of plug sockets. Day before departure ordered a taxi and we got the taxi on time to the airport.

The cleaning staff did not speak English and so another staff member would come to translate what she needed to say. For a modern apartment it should have had USB ports to charge phones etc

Excellent location with a great view. Friendly staff, great breakfast options. Clean and quiet room. Owners were always around making sure we had all we needed. Happy to assist with recommendations around town. We will definitely come back here!

The lady on the breakfast is wonderful

The room is not so clean The shower is not working properly The room is claustrophobic (small and you have a window to the wall) We barely understand each other with the receptionist Maybe other rooms are good, but this is not the one Definitely the worst hotel we have ever been For the money, there are much much better places

Great hotel with stunning views!

The most friendly hosts ever! Great breakfast with stunning views! Rooms were nice and clean! Aircon. Balcony. The hotel does laundry and has a bar.

You should know there is no elevator and also be prepared to walk up a few staircases from the beach to the hotel.

There are no designated smoking areas. We were a bit bothered when other guests at breakfast smoked cigarettes next to us.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Great location, not far from the Center/beach but quiet. the apartment with two bedrooms is spacious and got everything you need for a vacation

You don't get these ratings unless you're exceptional.

From the time of arrival to departure this was a memorably delightful stay. Senator is a small family run boutique hotel that prided itself on the personal touch. Its proprietor was very active in this, constantly checking your comfort and desires from the time you arrived until you departed. Any issues or requests are handled with efficiency and minimal fuss. The hotel was arranged over 3 floors. The ground floor simply comprised of a service area, a garage and reception area. My room on 2nd floor (level 3) was modern, bright and airy, decorated to a good standard.It had a balcony overlooking the main road. The rooms facing the road had an awesome picturesque sea and mountain views (best of both worlds). The dipping pool was on the first floor (level 2). It was adequate for cooling down from the heat, after a busy day out and about. There were also varied seating tastefully arranged on the terrace, perfect to chill with friends, have business meetings or simply people watch with the comings and goings on the street below (drama better than Netflix). Breakfast was tasteful, fresh varied with well presented buffers, served by warm and cheerful staff. If you wanted something not on display.. all you need to do was ask. Whilst they didn’t cater for lunch or dinner, they were many options within a short walking distance, including a well stocked convienance store. The cleaning regime was thorough and quick. The cleaner was friendly, clearly had an eye for detail and took pride in her work. The location overlooks the bay with its small beach. Access is within easy walking distance via some steps or a through a gentle inclined slope on a windy road.. I do have two cautionary notes. There are no lifts, so if you are physically challenged they do have another property with lifts near the beach which would be more suitable. Parking can be a bit challenging… let the hotel know after booking to ensure you get a trouble free experience..

Highy recommendable!

Very new and modern room with a big balcony. Well equipped bathroom. Delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff (family business). At a walking distance to the beach and the old town.

The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent. View over the sea was extraordinary. We stayed for 3 nights; our first room was quite small, but the owner offered us a larger room with a balcony when it became available on our 2nd and 3rd night. Airconditioning was good. Free parking was available. The facility was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, beach and the important tourist sights in the town.

The TV did not work. The facility was not easy to find on our way into town.

this was apartament and not hotel

i didnt like like it at all,

the doublex room had two wc, one was at 1-st floor and the other was on second floor, the one downstaris was close and we cant use-it, for example in the night we must wake up to go on buthroom in the middle of the night and take the stairs to go there, air condition was to noisei,out side was to noise to,we couldnt sleep to

Really comfy beds, beautiful and huge apartment, we were upgraded in arrival. Breakfast was great. Great location, short walking distance to the centre, local food was amazing!

Pool was too cold to use, hot tub wasn't in use which was one of the biggest reasons we booked this hotel as the ad makes it looks available and we knew the weather forecast was poor. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful but the boiler for the hot water wasn't big enough for even one warm shower!

It is excelent value for money. Very friendly stuff. I would recommend for the families or for the couples that apprecia

I would put this property on the top of the list of the properties I had chance to experience till now. The value of this accommodation is exceptionaly high because it benefits from direct Ulcinj bay view and modern architectural design.

Only bathroom would need some extra cleaning altough it was clean enough.
