This is NOT a typical Cape Cod cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped for a professional chef and the home includes fine furniture and art work, all cotton linens and towels. Everything you need for fun at the beach is there: Kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games and toys. The beach front deck is great for lounging throughout the day as well for enjoying the amazing sunrise in the morning and the spectacular sunset at dusk. This vacation property has all the amenities of your own home combined with unparalleled ocean views from every room in a private beachfront setting. Summer 2025 requires a 7 day minimum stay beginning and ending on Sunday.
