Inside, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy stunning bay view vistas and sunsets through large bay windows in most rooms. Central A/C. Large windows and sliders offer a front-row view of the bay, kite surfers, and sunsets. Whip up a delicious meal in the bright kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table with a large picture window offering a beautiful view of the water. An adjacent half bath provides added convenience. This two-story home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the main bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, amazing views from the bay windows, and flatscreen TV. The second bedroom is outfitted with two comfortable twin-size beds. The second bathroom just down the hallway is appointed with a tub/shower combination, also an outdoor shower located under the large deck. The third guest room is located on the lower Level perfect for the kids as its equipped with bunkbed and a queen-size bed. The spacious deck boasts views of Cape Cod Bay with ample seating for just plain relaxing or catching up with your favorite book. Fire up the grill and dine alfresco at the dining table while watching the sunset with a crisp drink. Your retreat is spectacularly situated on the edge of a marshland conservation area boasts deeded access to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay. Less than two miles of the cute shops and restaurants in Dennis Village. The iconic Gina’s By The Sea is 2.9 miles, and Chapin’s (great for food, drinks, and live music) is approximately 2.8 miles from the home. Don’t miss out on renting this little gem!
