The vision and design of the property is amazing. It is beautifully decorated, great amenities, and the views are incredible. The spa services were excellent. I loved all the flora and fauna. The breakfasts were delicious (though you eat what they prepare for you.) I loved how peaceful it was; no children; did not feel crowded, no loud music etc. A true retreat!
The property is rather isolated and unto itself. It’s down a very steep hill and there are some significant inclines within the property. Good to be aware about that. Without the food package, the menu at Saytosha is rather limited and not for everyone. We wished there had been more options for lunch and dinner - especially since it’s challenging to leave the property, and there are not a lot of restaurants around.

The breakfast was good. The wifi was exceptional across the property.
Had work going on in the spa.
Work is going on to create a much-needed staircase going up and down the resort
For the price paid, I was surprised by the service level, and this concerned me most about the resort
We were told we would be given an upgrade, and instead, we had a room with a partial view that I had to inform housekeeping about due to issues inside the room!
